Best remembered for the significant part they played in the RCAF contribution to RAF Bomber Command during the Second World War, the Canadian-built Lancaster B.X also served in a number of interesting roles for nearly two decades beyond the end of hostilities. Terry Higgins uses captioned photos of a small number of those aircraft to illustrate how these roles developed.
