A Canadian Aviation Historical Society Chapter |
CAHS Montréal Chapter is a crossroads where aviation veterans and aviation enthusiasts can meet.
Many of our members are involved in researching and writing history, or had a front a front row seat to it. Others have no aviation background but want to know more about aviation, its history, and its impact on Québec and Canada. We especially encourage the newer generation of aviation enthusiasts to join us, but everyone is welcome – visitors and guests included! Montréal has been one of the main centres of the Canadian aviation industry for years. CAHS Montréal Chapter is ideally located to participate in and record this history through seasonal field visits to these local aerospace companies. Every month we feature a keynote speaker and because we follow a mid-day format (1100-1300 hours), we now include a small lunch (sandwiches, veggies, cookies, coffee, and bottled water). This sit down lunch format encourages aviation discussions among our members and guests. |
